Average shipping timelines are below:
WITHIN EUROPE: approx. 1 week
WITHIN ASIA: approx. 1 week
REST OF WORLD: 6 to 10 days
How much will be shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders over 100€.
If your order is below 100€, shipping cost is 15€.
If your order is below 100€ and you live within Indonesia, shipping cost is 3€.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?

Will I be charged for duty taxes ?
We operate with stock located in France and Bali. Depending on where the customer is based and the availability of the product, custom taxes may apply. All items are shipped on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid), meaning import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, please note that they may be subject to local customs taxes at the final destination. Please be aware that payment of any duties and taxes may be necessary before your order is released from customs upon arrival. This responsibility does not lie with Brescia Bercane and will not be refunded in the form of an exchange, refund, or store credit.
For customers within Europe, our stock in France means that purchases are tax-free. However, if you have any questions or concerns about custom taxes or the tax status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us at brescia@bresciabercane.com.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or believe you have yet to receive your tracking details, please check your Spam folder or email us at brescia@bresciabercane.com.
Why do I received different packages ?
The shipping of your order will be done according to our stock availability and your shipping address. It can be shipped from Bali and from France.

What if I receive the wrong product?
Human error can happen even at Brescia Bercane :)
Contact us at brescia@bresciabercane.com and we will send straight away the right product to your shipping address.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
We do not offer exchanges for reason of logistic. We suggest you to return your product and order your new product instead.
How the fragile items are shipped ?
We do care about our hand-painted ceramics so we double and bubble wrap them and slide them inside a box packaging.
Concerning wall arts, they are always shipped in a shipping tube protection.

How do I return my product?
We do not offer exchanges, but we do offer returns and full refund on items not worn within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sales items are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. All returns can be sent to our French or Balinese returns addressprovided upon request.
How do I care for my product?
The main fabric we use is an Oeko-Tex certified rayon which is a strong, extremely absorbent fabric with a soft silky feel.
Wash: By hand and cold machine wash.
Iron: Low heat.
Important note: Do not put rayon garments in the dryer as it could damage the fabric.
What means Oeko-Tex® certification?
The ink prints and coatings applied to the outer material - on our other accessories and pillow cases - are also tested for harmful substances according to the criteria applicable to them.
