We strive to post your order within 1-3 business days (monday to friday).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Average shipping timelines are below:
WITHIN EUROPE: approx. 1 week
WITHIN ASIA: approx. 1 week
REST OF WORLD: 6 to 10 days

The shipping of your order will be done according to our stock availability and your shipping address. It can be shipped from Bali or from France, and the above shipping times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary by location, sanitary situation (COVID) and respective international customs. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you are unable to locate this email, or think you have not yet receive your tracking details, please email us at brescia@bresciabercane.com.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses. Please use a residential or business address at checkout. 

WILL I BE CHARGED IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES?
As all items are shipped on a DDU basis (delivery duty unpaid), import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. International orders may be subject to local customs, duties or foreign taxes at the final destination. The amount is determined by your country's Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. We recommend you to check with your local customs website for estimated costs.

Please note that payment of any duties and taxes may be necessary prior to your order being released from customs on arrival. This is not the responsibility of Brescia Bercane, and won't be reimbursed in the form of an exchange, refund or store credit.
