SIWANU

Siwanu (‘swan’ in Yoruba), a woman as soft as velvety rose petals, her hair braided in a traditional beaded headdress. Her nimble fingers caressed each strand, exhaling a bewitching scent of jasmine and patchouli. Dressed in a floral woollen gown, she is adorned with shimmering beads that whisper the ancestral stories of her people. Beside her, the black swan, symbol of grace and purity, curls up against her, offering its softness like a caress for the soul.
